What do wine and coaching have in common? 

I’m a foodie at heart, lighting up at exciting flavors in food and wine. But I also take my health (physical and mental) very seriously. 

After years in advertising, I followed my passion and earned some pretty high-level certifications (WSET Level 3, French Wine Scholar) so I could do wine-focused marketing. In addition to over ten years of marketing experience, I am also certified by Write Your Way to Freedom, a prestigious comprehensive copywriting program.

Helping brands tell their true story to connect with their customers and get more revenue is what I do best.

But I’ll be real. After working in wine for over six years, it took a toll.

I discovered that wine was harming my health and wellbeing. Plus, the wine industry is having an identity and revenue crisis that no messaging strategist can fix.
